Located on the second floor of a building in an alley just off the main street, SAKURA BROWN is hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the world. It delivers a powerful message in each bowl of Soup |
のっちむさんと市内のお店を幾つか回った後に晩御飯となり､スープカレーを食べようとなったは良いけれどお店選びが大変
候補は幾つかあったけど時間的な物で売り切れの恐れ､改修の為の休業等があり店選びも難航
そんな中で選んだのはコチラ
1階にある2台分の駐車場に車を停めて2階の店内へ
バーみたいな内装は落ち着いた雰囲気です
席に座りメニューをチェック
ここは他店ではなかなか見掛けない貝を使った[アサリとハマグリのクラムカレー]に決定
辛さは中辛と言う2に決定､ライスは普通(180g)にします
また気になったので琴似ザンギもトッピング
鶏ガラと香味野菜で作ったスープはあっさりとしたスープで､昆布の旨味にスープと一緒に煮込んだ貝の旨味も合わさってコクもあります
あっさり系のスープだと辛さが際立ちやすく注文の辛さよりも辛く感じたりするけれど､コチラのは中辛程度です
アサリやハマグリもプリッとしていて美味しく量も結構入ってます
琴似ザンギはライスオンで提供され衣サクサクで提供されるのは嬉しい
熱々でジューシーなので噛ると肉汁もジュワーと出てきて美味しい
野菜は人参､蓮根､じゃがいも､ピーマン､茄子､大根､ほうれん草
他にも気になるメニューがあったので機会があれば訪問した際には違うメニューも食べてみたいです
