札幌市西区、琴似はSAKURA BROWN。
バスターミナルから地下鉄通りを挟んで向かい側の一角。ケンタッキーとかある一角の仲通にあります。隣には麻生に本店があるにく式もありちょっとそそられましたが車ですしスープカレーで。
階段を上がって2階にありますが、スープがなくなったりで結構タイミング悪いのが続いたので今回は良かったです。
チキン野菜カリーを注文。
辛さは2番でライスは中、炙りチーズをライスにトッピング。
普段はこってり系のスープカレーが多いんですが今回はあっさり系のお店です。ただこれがかなり美味いです。鶏ガラでじっくり煮込んだであろう無化調のスープはポトフを彷彿させる位やさしく、それでいてコクもしっかりあってちゃんとスープカレー。自分は2番で十分楽しめますが辛いのが得意な方は結構辛いのもあるようです。
チキンもホロホロ、野菜も美味しくホントにバランスが良いです。器も和な感じで店名ともマッチしてますね。
鶏ガラで煮込んだスープで具材もチキンだったのでホントまとまっていました。最初より食べ終わった時の方が満足度が高い一杯ではないでしょうか。
他のメニューも気になるところです。
