The stewed pork is soft and fatty, and is delicious, so it is recommended for those who like fatty meat. The basic vegetables are potatoes, green peppers, carrots, lotus root, and eggplant. The seasonal vegetables are chives, komatsuna, and bok choy, which are rare ingredients, but they were all delicious. It feels like I was able to get some nutrition. The rice is turmeric rice made from Hokkaido rice. The soup is a smooth spice soup with a delicious flavor. It is made without using any chemical seasonings, and is made by slowly simmering chicken bones with aromatic vegetables and Rausu kelp.
