発寒エリア、ぎんなん通沿いにある洋菓子屋さん。
近くのお店で美味しいカレーをいただいた後、自宅用のお菓子を購入するためお邪魔してみました。
店内はそれほど広くはありませんが、ショーケースの中には美味しそうなケーキがたくさん並んでいます。
１番人気で看板商品と思われた「クイニーアマン（260円税別）」と「クラシックショコラ（400円税別）」、「フロマージュ（340円税別）」を購入。
クイニーアマンは何層にも重なった生地にブラウンシュガーがかかった焼菓子ですが、私にはやや甘すぎる味わいでしたが、ザクザクとしっとりの食感が混ざった感じで美味しいと思います。
クラシックショコラは濃厚なチョコレートの味わいでしっとりとした食感。
こちらは甘過ぎない感じだったので美味しかったです。
フロマージュは嫁が食べたので詳細は不明です。
お店の雰囲気や接客はアットホームな感じでしたが、商品の料金はそれなりにするので、贈答にも喜ばれるのではないかと思います。
