葉月に初訪問。結構住宅街にあってわかりにくいですが携帯のナビでばっちり、あれここ以前来たことがある店構え・・・あそうだやはり名店麺や 蘭句のあった場所だ！
あんちゃん麺をオーダーしましたが今は作れないとの事なのでたんめんのようでちゃんぽんのようなで名前のついたたんちゃん麺の普通を注文しました。きてビックリ‼️おー今はなき名店ふくべのもやしだ❗️懐かしいフォルムふくべといっしょで、もやしをある程度食べないと麺にたどり着けません。麺は相模製麺で中太でコシがあってスープによく絡みます。スープもコラーゲンたっぷりでヘルシーな優しいお味です。生姜が添えてあるので味変が楽しめます。
