7月の初めの日曜日にランチ訪問しました。
ここら辺に用事があり、
ついでにランチをと思い、ネット検索ウダウダ…してるうちに外でお店のスタッフらしい
彼がランチピーアールをしてて…
そうです！そうなんです！
まさにこのお店にヒットして訪問するとこでした。とても丁寧な対応に即決！(*^^)
駐車場はありませんので、
近くのパーキングを利用してお店へイン。
場所は琴似駅からも近く大きな通り沿いなのでわかりやすいと…思います(^^ゞ
お店は2階にあり、
2人〜4人席用テーブル✕７位
スタッフは
アップフォトのフレンドリーな彼と
同世代位のシェフの彼
先客は
人生の大先輩の夫婦と思われる2人だけでしたが…後客が次々と来店。
子供連れ2人や4人家族やらカップルやら
女子2人連れやら…年代性別色々〜^_^
リピも多そう(^^)

①ランチサラダ 100円税込
葉物メインですが
じゃがいもや人参やチキンもあり
そこそこボリューミィ〜
人参甘く、じゃがにもキチンと味あり
チキンソテーは風味良し！
ドレッシングは
コショウのきいたシンプルイタリアン。
プラス100円の価値十分あると思います。
②ランチの本日のパスタ
バジルとモッツァレラのトマトソース
税込780円
スタッフの彼の配慮で
2皿に分けて提供してくれました。
麺はアルデンテ風で
量は2皿分合わせても多くはありません。
トマトソースは甘めですが
多めのモッツァレラチーズが
麺によく絡みバジルの風味もします。
悪くはありません。
③一般メニューより
ピッツァロマーナMサイズ 税込930円
Mサイズは20センチ位だそうです。
ミラノ風だという生地は
ナポリピッツァと違い
ボリューム感はありませんが
薄めでパリパリ。
ソースレスな分
バジルやニンニクやアンチョビやケッパー等
がよくきいてて
オイリーでチーズもあり…
なかなかイケます。
ただし…ソースレスなせいか
冷めると塩辛さが多少気になるかも。
アッツアツなうちに食べちゃいましょ(^^)
最後に

アイスコーヒー 100円税込
をチョイスしてランチ終了です。
こちらのお店は
外でランチの宣伝をしていたスタッフの彼が
こまめに客のテーブルをまわり
気遣いをしながらも、
様々なトークをしてくれます。
老若男女のおひとり様、お二人様
ご家族様、どなた様も
人との繋がりがクールになっている昨今、
ちょっとこちらのお店のスタッフの彼の
トークに耳を傾けて
『ちとうるさいわ〜』と苦笑しながらも
ホットなひと時を過ごすのも一興かも(^_-)
今後はこんな感じのお店のスタイルも
重宝されていくのだと思います。
