とにかく澄み切ったスープ。
麺は言うなればひやむぎに近い細さのストレート麺。

鶏そば白醤油＋味玉にチャーシューを追加して頂きました。
ストレートの細麺とあっさりした白醤油スープがマッチした美味しい一杯でした。
鶏しおはすごく良い。自分的には煮干しを食べたときは物足りなさがあったが、鶏しおは飲んでからアクセント的に塩味が来ます。
