今日のランチはインドカレーが食べたくなったので、モハンディッシュ琴似店に来ました。
店内に足を入れるやいなや、一気にスパイスの良い香りが刺激してきます。
これこれ！
外から想像していたよりも店内はかなり広め落ち着いた感じです。
スープカレーもありますが、ここに来たからにはナンとカレーを頂きたいのでインドカレーセットの中からラムカレーセット(2辛)を注文しました。
[ダルカレー、ラムカレー、インド風サラダ、ヨーグルト、パパラ、ナン]
ラムカレーは想像していたよりも少し酸味を感じる仕上がりです。
個人的にはラムの香りが全面に来る方が良いかも。
単品で食べるとそれほどインパクトのある味では無いので、ライスにはいつもの通り両方のカレーを掛けて頂きます。
若い頃の会社の同僚だったインド人からカレーは混ぜて食べるものと教えこまれて以来、この食べ方がいちばん美味いと感じる。
都度掛ける分量が微妙に違うので、毎回少しずつ違うテイストのカレーになって楽しめます。
