ラン芯が特にビックリ、口の中で溶けました。
かるね屋特選盛りはこの日、真ん中にラン芯。そのラン芯に全員やられました追加で単品注文してしまう程。単品のは特選盛りよりずっと大きめにカット。
全体的にお高いので美味くて当たり前でしょ、という気持ちもありながら、満足できたので◎。友人の奥さんが誕生日というのもあり奮発。たまには高級な良い肉を食べてみるもんですね。
冷麺も美味しく、脂味の多い肉の後にとてもサッパリ。特徴は出汁がよく効いてて「甘め」のスープ、珍しいんじゃないのかな。よくある、出汁が効いてない物やしょっぱ過ぎるのや辛いやつではなく、甘い、なのに全然重たくなく。
生ビールが、道民大好きなサッポロ★クラシック。
★ただ、サーバーの洗浄かもしくは樽の温度管理がよくないんじゃないかと。。ほぼ毎日、家で缶のクラシック飲んでるので全然良くないのがわかりました、美味しくなかったです、残念。洗浄はもちろん、夏や冬の管理で味が劣化するようなので、お店の方には気にしてて欲しいです。大人はまずビールだと思うので、あれだと最初にガッカリしてしまうと思います。あと、接客の意識が若干あがれば（注文の提供は遅くはありませんでした、笑顔や丁寧さがもう少しだけあれば）特別な夜に行きたい高級店らしいのかなと思いました、
いつかは4人以上で前日までに予約する必要ある、1万円ちょっとの飲み放題付きコース行ってみたいなと。
予算的には年に一度かなぁ。がっついて食べず飲まずに腹8分目で3人で2万円。（男2女1。2人はソフトドリンク）
西区民なので発寒のホドリがコスパが素晴らしいので好きで。あそこはかなりがっついて食べて飲んでで、3人で2万。なので、がっつきたいか、特別な記念日かで使い分けるのが良いなと思いました。
駐車場広いです◎運転手さん飲まないor帰りは運転代行で帰るのもありかなと思いました。
