昨年の話になります。
大雪に降られ、何とか19:00頃に札幌へ到着した3名、既に雪は止んでいたため、焼肉でも食べて帰ろうとなりました。ﾍﾟｺﾍﾟｺ
ところが、自分のリスト内にある焼肉屋はどこも満席、少し範囲を広げて琴似駅からは若干距離があるからでしょうか、こちらが空いておりました。
美味しい焼肉屋と聞いてはおりましたが、噂にたがわず、というか噂以上という印象を持ちました！
決して柔らかいだけの肉ではなく、しっかりとした噛みごたえの中に、脂の旨味・赤身の旨味がしっかりと感じられ、かなり上質の肉に感じられました。
バカルディや美味しいワインも豊富で、ついつい飲みすぎてしまう始末、楽しい時間を過ごしました。
これは家族も連れてきたい店です！
