・グルマンランチメニュー、3,500円(税別)
前菜：「ごぼうのスープ」 根菜と海老のポアレを添えて
ごぼうの風味がしっかり出たスープで、ポアレで表面カリッとしたぷりっぷりの海老、
根菜が香り、食感良く、美味しかったです♪
魚料理：愛媛産「真鯛」のソテー 爽やかなクレソン風味のソースと菜の花
皮がパリッとジューシーにソテーされた真鯛に、クレソンソースの良い苦味がさっぱりと、
良く合っていて美味！
肉料理：「牛タン」の白麦酒煮込み カブのクーリと比布ねぎのブランシール添え
やや苦味のあるソースの煮込みで、牛タンもやわらかく美味しいんですが・・・、
牛タンのざらざらの表面が出ていて生々しく、このビジュアルが苦手だったので、
総合と料理・味を☆-0.1にしています。
ヴェリーニスタイルのデザート：「グレープフルーツ」のヴェリーニ ヌガーグラッセとグレープフレーツ、マジュラムのアクセント
名前が長いですね・・・けど、グレープフルーツの酸味と苦味に、
ヌガーグラッセのザクザクの食感、ひんやりさっぱりで美味しいです♪
