札幌市営地下鉄でｺﾁﾗに。
途中気になるスープカレーのお店がありましたが
初志貫徹で伺いました。
口コミで煮干しラーメン推しの方が多かったので
メニューもろくに見ずに背脂煮干しを。
鳥そばがあったのかぁと少し後悔。
味ですが、魚がブレンドされているのかな？スッキリしているけど雑味があるので、冷たいスープの方が合いそうですね。煮干しの深みがもう少し欲しかった。
麺は美味いですね。
あと、女性客が多いと感じました。
