ミソが美味しいのはご存知の通り。
アゴだしの【塩】目当てで入店。
あの黄色い中太麺ではなく、少し脂の効いたスープを纏わせるための細麺で食す。
チャーシューは、いつもの厚さで、いつものとろけ具合。スープで温め、脂を溶かしながら頬張る。
アゴの効いたスープはあと引く感じ。
個人的には平打ちちぢれ麺だったら、もっと美味しく頂けたかも。

あご出汁ファンです。
庄内ラーメンが好きなので、どうしても比べてしまいます。
麺は中太ちぢれがベストと考えていますが、ここはちょい違う。
でも二噛み、三噛みしてみると出汁、醤油、豚の油、小麦粉がいっせいにオーケストラしてくれます。
この伴奏は酒田ラーメンとおんなじ！
