知人の紹介で初訪問。味噌ラーメンが1番人気と貼られてます。店舗は新しく、非常に清潔感がありいい雰囲気です。
店員の女性は、挨拶も元気で、対応が非常に良く好印象。
いつものごとく、妻と味噌ラーメンと醤油ラーメンを注文。
醤油のスープを一口。まぁまずまずの味。少しだけ遠くに薬臭いというか、なんの味かわからない何かを感じましたが、徐々に慣れてきました。味噌は生姜が乗ってますが、味噌感が多少少ない感じで、生姜を混ぜても味変までにはならない感じ。焼豚はトロトロチャーシューで好みの感じでした。
最終的にはクセが少ないスープで、全部飲み干しました。後半には最初の臭み?も感じなくなり美味しくいただきました。
他の客は、味噌と醤油の注文が多かった気がします。メニューには焼きあごだしの中華そばがあり、気にはなりましたが、自分のいた時間では注文していた人はいませんでした。次行った時には頼んでみようかと思います。
