ターコイズブルーの看板が目立つ、oj珈琲・食べ物屋cafeの琴似店。
店内も洗練とされた雰囲気があり、おしゃれな内装で居心地が良かったです。
メニューを見ると、フードには「健康ワンプレート」・「そば」「ラーメン」などの麺類・
大きめサイズのサラダなどの「シェアメニュー」など、カフェにしては結構バリエーションのあるメニュー。
■ojブレンド
コーヒーはサイフォンコーヒーのようで、ブレンド名は五稜郭、時計台、富良野など北海道にちなんだ名前が並んでいました。ojブレンドを注文し、フラスコにはいったコーヒーがテーブルに。
注ぎ口からこぼれないようにと気をつけながらマグカップへ。
雑味が少ないシンプルな味で美味しかったです。
■いちごパフェ
いちごがたっぷりと詰め込まれたパフェです。
一番上のogソフトクリームは真っ白ではなくほんのりと薄茶色なんですね。粗糖を使っているのでしょうか？と思いましたが、実際には言われれば気づくくらいのほんのりとしたコーヒー味。
でもパフェの味を邪魔しないちょうど良い甘さ。
パフェの奥には柔らかなテクスチャのプリンっぽいものがあり、カスタードクリームに近い味。バニラビーンズの風味が効いておりソフトクリームと混ぜたりして楽しめました。
さらに下には冷凍イチゴが入っており、イチゴがたっぷりと入っていてシンプルな味で美味しかったです。
琴似に並ぶ店の中ではあまり見られないようなタイプの洗練されたカフェでした。
灯りも明るく居心地が良いのでちょっとした作業も良さそうなスペースに感じました。また来ます。
