今日は二十四軒手稲通沿いにあるSAPPORO餃子製造所さんにてランチです。
ここはテイクアウトがメインなんですかね、イートインのスペースは2人掛けテーブルが6席とカウンター席が2席のみですがオールステンレスでなかなかの無機質っぷりは厨房内で食事する雰囲気があります。
今日はランチ限定メニューの餃子ザンギランチ(餃子3個 たれザンギ1個)を注文です。
注文から5分ほどで着膳です。

豚汁定食などで見るサイズです。
餃子は餡に下味が付いているので酢のみで頂くようオススメされました。なるほど。。
半信半疑で酢のみで頂きましたが、確かに下味が付いているので酢で頂いても、口の中では餃子のタレに付けて頂いた時と変わらぬ美味しさがあります。
いつもタレの調合がめんどくさかったのでとてもシンプルで良いです！
普段はあんまり好んでザンギを食べませんが、これは旨い！肉も油っこくなく、タレが絶妙な濃さなので白飯が進みます！
白味噌ベースの味噌汁はキャベツ、大根、もやしがたっぷり入っており、黄一味を軽くふって頂きました。
歯ごたえも少し残した仕上がりの野菜は白味噌と絡んでいてとても好きです。
次回は後輩を連れて単品をいくつか試したいです。
