ノスタルジック琴似界隈散策ムード満天☆スナックネオンは勿論レトロ調でディープさ加減に興味津々。かつてはスナックであっただろう店構えに焼鳥の文字。引かれるがままに扉を開けてみた。うん、やっぱりスナックだなぁ。しかしながら此の雰囲気で串焼を頂戴できるのは…いいかも。テレビを見ながら優しそぉなイケメン店主様に御相手されるのもいいわね。のんびり寛げます。

クール&クール店主様は基本、離れスタイルのようで此方の加減を見守ってくれる。生ビール提供後からややしばし…前客様対応…からの、注文取りに伺ってくれる。とっても、とっても優しい店主様は注文を受けてからパック詰めの肉を冷凍庫から取り出しレンチン開始。そこから特設オリジナル焼台にて調理開始。基礎基本通りに焼き上げた串はキッチリ旨い◎特段欲張らずにキチンと調理をすればちゃんと美味しくなる御手本。満足度高い一本一本。

It's a typical snack bar in a corner of a retro building in front of JR Kotoni Station. I was drawn in by the neon sign and decided to pop in. Of course, the interior of the bar is still a snack bar. I received a rice ball from the friendly young owner and ordered a draft beer. I was interested in the special dishes on the recommendation board, but I quickly ordered mainly the classic skewers. The exterior looks deep, so I was a little hesitant, but once I stepped inside...it was really nice. It's a place where even solo diners can easily enter without any worries. Same as always... Quickly... Relaxed★ It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
