土曜夕食に初来店。混雑を避けて17:30に3500円コースを予約。ご飯とキムチは美味しかった。肉の味は評価できるほど焼肉通ではないので割愛します。接客も声をかけたスタッフ間でばらつき大きいので略。
炭火の火力が強すぎて、すぐに焦げてしまうので調節できないですかね？と訊くと炭火なので出来ませんとの返答。少しして同じ質問を別のスタッフに訊くと、アイスペールを持ってきてくれ網に氷を乗せると火力が弱まりますと。初めての経験だったので困惑。
幼児向けにオレンジジュースを頼んだけど、子供にも大人にもひどく不味かったので改善希望。全般的満足度としては伸びしろあるかな、という印象です。
