娘と旦那さんがサプライズで連れて行ってくれました。
入口のマットが、隙間風でブワブワになってるのが面白く魅入っていると、名前を呼ばれて個室にご案内です。
和牛厚切りヒレ、牛カルビ、牛サガリ、牛タン、牛ホルモン、新鮮グリーンサラダ、自家製冷麺、チャーハン、牛そぼろおにぎり、サンチュなど、次々に頼みます。
さすが高級な田村さん。
どのお肉も甘くて柔らかい。
よく、口に入れたら噛まなくても溶ける、と言いますが、厚切りヒレなんかはまさにそう。
程よい油が口中を満たし、肉の甘みが押し寄せてきます。
サンチュに巻いて食べるのもオツです。
何もつけずに肉の旨味を味わったり、タレ、レモン、塩につけて、味の変化を楽しんだり。
時間を忘れて、食事を楽しむには最適です。
