[First visit in June 2022] I visited the Odori BISSE store this month, but I also visited the Kikusui Motomachi store for lunch. Although it was 12 o'clock, there was a decent number of customers. The time from order to delivery was long and I had to wait a little. The hormone was a cow hormone, so it was a happy miscalculation! They come in various sizes and parts, and they are plump and taste very good. Wagyu beef shoulder ribs are served with a raw egg. The sauce is thin, so it's delicious if you dip it in the dipping sauce before adding it to the eggs. The meat quality is worth the price. It would be even more delicious if it was special. I also received some beef Cow tongue that came with sauce, but this one had a lot of flavor. About half of it was still frozen, like a major Yakiniku (Grilled meat) chain restaurant, but the taste was average. The yuzu sorbet was delicious and refreshing with large pieces of yuzu.
