【ポイント】
●網走郡美幌町に本店がある焼肉のローカルチェーン店で「焼肉 EAST 百名店 2021」の1つ。
●価格はそれなりに高く、どちらかと言えば高級路線なんでしょうけど肉質が価格に合ってない。
和牛じゃないと全然ダメなのかもしれません。
●サービスは普通ですが、紙エプロンが首からかけるだけで優れていてこの点は評価しました！
【内容】
・定番牛焼肉ランチ、3,280円
牛サガリ、牛中落カルビ、国産牛ロースの3点に、ご飯、味噌汁、サラダ、キムチ、焼野菜付。
それなりのグレードのランチのはずですが、どれも味は普通。いや価格踏まえれば悪いぐらい。
どれも肉の味が薄く、旨味が少ない印象です。
一番食べれたのは、タレで味が付いてた牛中落カルビかな。
・上牛タン、1,380円
質からして“上”ではない！カッチカチに凍った状態で出され、味も薄い！
・北海道産牛上ホルモン、680円
これが一番美味しかったかもしれません。
シマチョウかな？かなり脂がたっぷりで甘みがあり美味しいです！
ただ、もうちょい脂少ない方が好きかな。
ご馳走様。どうでも良いけど、会計がちょうど10,000円でした！
