An Italian Cuisine Restaurants in Shiroishi-ku, Sapporo. It is located in a corner of the shopping street in the one-way zone of Hongo-dori. There is one man and one woman in the kitchen and one in the dining area, so I think it is run by a married couple? They greeted and served us very nicely. There is no parking lot at the restaurant, but they compensated us for one hour of the parking fee at the Times opposite. I ordered eggplant and tuna with tomato cream, and my friend and daughter ordered Japanese-style carbonara with shrimp and clams with tomato cream and cod roe. Although it was not on the menu, we also had a mug of draft beer. The soup pasta had a rich flavor with seafood such as shrimp and clams, but it was surprisingly not heavy, and my tomato cream was richer, and the flavor of the eggplant, tuna, and tomato was very good. The Japanese-style carbonara had various ingredients such as sesame and seaweed, and definitely had a Japanese flavor. The noodles were quite thin, boiled a little soft, and all the menu items were quite delicious. Personally, I prefer the soup pasta because it is original. If the menu was a little more extensive, I would definitely come back. Thank you for the meal!
