こちら初訪店。
なんとなく濃厚なラーメンの店なのかと思っていました。入店したら目の前に自販機。綱取味噌ラーメンをチョイス。オススメは別らしいのだが名前から想像できず店名の付いたラーメンを選んだ次第。
着丼を待つ間メニューを熟読、チャーシュー売りらしくミニチャーシュー丼が120円とサービスメニューのようだ。
来たラーメンのスープは最初爽やかな後味、それが後から胡椒による辛みによるものだとわかりました。
チャーシューは肉厚のが1枚、麺はコシのある縮れ麺、バランスは良いと思う。
今日は比較的暑かったせいもあり気持ちよい爽やかさで食べれました。
個性のあるラーメンで他のも胡椒系か気になるところ。またチャレンジしたい。
