オープン当初に何度か来ていたこちらのお店。
久しぶりの訪問になりました。
味噌ラーメンが6種類もあります。
久しぶりなので綱取味噌を食べようと思って
いたが手が勝ってに味噌Ver27を押してます。
Ver27の意味もわからず。
4人がけのテーブル席に案内されました。
あまり待たずに提供されました。
チャーシュー1枚、メンマ、刻みネギ、もやし、
ひき肉、半茹で卵が入っています。
チャーシューは炙ってあるので香ばしく厚みが
ありますが柔らかくて美味しい。
メンマは、細く柔らかい。
もやしは、シャキシャキしてます。
麺は中細のやや縮れで硬めの茹で上げです。
スープはアツアツでニンニクが効いた白味噌。
スリ生姜を混ぜると味わいが変わります。
さらに、一味との相性ばっちり。
ついつい、完汁してしまいました。
