札幌市白石区、菊水エリアにあるラーメン屋さんです。以前来たことがあるけど記憶に残ってないくらい久々の訪問。
券売機メニュートップのニンニク味噌を油多めでいただきました。
もっとニンニク風味ガツンと来るかなぁと思ったけれど、最初のうちはそうでもなく。後半底に沈殿してた刻みニンニクが出てきたところでけっこうがっつり効いてきましたね。最初にまぜまぜしてからいただいた方が良かったかな。あっ、なんか味玉がとても美味しい。もしニンニク入ってなくてが油多めで頼んでなかったらスープ自体は案外あっさりしてるのかも知れませんね。無難に美味しいオーソドックスな札幌味噌ラーメン。
麺も多加水の熟成かな。かん水風味も強め。まさに札幌麺でこれは好みではなく。普段興味ないのだけれど、味玉が妙に美味しく。
無難に美味しいオーソドックスな札幌味噌ラーメンですね。ごちそうさまでした～。
