札幌の「鮨しか食べないツアー」2件目は鮨肴匠くりやさん。札幌到着日の夜に伺いました。予約は2ヶ月くらい前に電話にて。
北海道なので地酒は少ないですが日本酒のラインナップはかなりのもの。お酒の銘柄は奥様にお任せするのが良いかもしれません。しかし注文が入る度に新しいお酒を目の前で抜栓しており大丈夫か？と心配になるほど。そのくらい回転しているという事なんでしょう。これは凄い。
店名の通り匠スタイルであり摘みと握りが交互に出てくるスタイル、大将の軽快なトークも交互に織り交ぜられてカウンターの雰囲気は本当に良かった。
ここを選定した理由は寝かせた鮨ダネを使っている所。それを楽しみにしていたので満足度が高かったです。提供される量は本当に沢山ですので男性でもお腹いっぱいになるとおもいます。
札幌中心部から離れた郊外にある分、同じ値段で質を高めたり品数を増やしたり出来るのかもしれません。銀座と同じ質が地方では半額程度なんてのは鮨屋では良くある話。
じゃんじゃん予約希望の電話が鳴っていましたので予約が取れて良かったと心底思います。
暗い雪道を駅から歩いて暗がりの路地に入り薄暗い建物の中に温かい幸せな空間が待っていました。
