だいぶ前に来た覚えがありますが、美味しかったなーは記憶があります。
ひっっっさしぶりにやってきました。
頼んだのは贅沢盛り。
ロースのハーフとヒレカツが3個。
どっちも選べん！どっちも食べたい！！な欲張りさんには最高なセット。
お値段ちなみに1300円。
ご飯は白米or生姜ごはん。注文時に大きさを聞いてくれました。
(ご飯・味噌汁・キャベツは１回だったかな？おかわり可能です)
とんかつに使用するお肉は全て小樽赤ワインを使用し熟成させてるんだとか。
「はーい赤ワインでーす」みたいな風味はございません。
ロースは断面見るだけで美味しいやつや…と確信するほどで、脂は甘く、衣はさくさく。ほぼ塩で食しました笑
ヒレもふわっとさくさく。ヒレはソースとカラシで。
ん？いや…ヒレも塩でいい…となりましたな。
揚げ物が辛くなる年頃に入っておりますが
ペロリ…まだ食べたい…まだ食べれる…と思うほどです。
キャベツもシャキッとふわふわ。
酸味がやや強めのドレッシングですが、ちょっと口の中が油っぽくなってきたな〜の時に食べると口の中がリセットされるような。このドレッシング家に欲しい…。
どのメニューもリーズナブル。そして美味しそう。
隣の席のちびっ子くんがお子様セット的なものを頼んでましたが、そのエビフライもまたまた美味しそうで…
次はエビフライも食べたいな…と思いつつ、
この贅沢盛りをまた頼んでしまうでしょうね。
