This place is not your typical tonkatsu restaurant. As for the difference, this restaurant is officially listed on Tabelog, so I won't write about it here. When I asked what Croquette like thing in the middle of A and B was for lunch, I was told it was crab cream Croquette. My choice is the "luxury platter" for 1,300 yen. The rice is a large serving of ``ginger rice cooked with oborozuki''. What was a little strange was that the loin cutlet was a little small. Aside from the thickness, there shouldn't be a big difference in the size of the loin. I understand that beef and sheep meat is available in the baby state, but pigs and chickens are not normally shipped in the baby state. Well, once you taste it, you'll understand why. Apparently, the fat part of the loin has been removed and only the lean part is used. I'm a little concerned about what they did with the removed parts, but I'm grateful because I don't really like fatty meat. The meat, which has been marinated in wine, not only has a great flavor, but is also softer than a loin. delicious! The flavor is especially strong when eaten with salt. It's common to add sesame seeds to cutlets, but most of the time it's white sesame seeds, but this restaurant uses black sesame seeds. I like black sesame, so this is also a blessing. The miso soup stock is also delicious. I don't know what kind of dashi it is, but at least I know it's not Hondadashi (I use Hondadashi at home), so maybe it's seafood-based? The ginger rice was fragrant from the moment it was delivered. I had high hopes for the rice called ``Oborozuki'' as I used to buy it myself before ``Yumepirika'' was created. However, the rice seems to have been cooked with less moisture and was a little hard. I like soft eyes, so this was disappointing. In terms of the deliciousness of the loin meat, I can't think of a better restaurant than this. The parking lot is narrow, so please be careful if you go by car during the winter rush hours.
