After a night of drinking in Nango 7-chome, I got hungry on my way home after midnight, so I stopped in here. The "Egg Chaliapin Sauce Hamburg Set Meal" was 940 yen. The "Chaliapin Sauce" is a sauce made with onions simmered until caramelized and the delicious flavor of garlic. It was quite a punchy dish for late at night. However, Hamburg with the rich sauce went well with rice. To finish, I smashed a fried egg, which gave it a mellow flavor and made it delicious until the very end! Maybe I ate it at the wrong time...
