2011年12月15日オープン。1985年創業の食肉加工の会社の
札幌明食ミートの工場直営店になります。この明食ミートさんは
札幌の各スーパーなどの前で移動車にての焼鳥販売も行っています。

若鶏半身揚げ、レッグから揚げ、モモ肉網焼きステーキ、
特製から揚げ、手羽先から揚げ、焼鳥各種などがあります。

紙素材のパックにたくさんの皮目中心のから揚げが入っています。
身よりも若干皮目が多いから揚げで塩系の味付けがなかなか良いです。
部位はモモ系で少し締まってほど良い食感、パリっとした皮部分の
食感と共になかなか美味しくて良い感じのから揚げです。

1985年創業の食肉加工と移動車などによる焼鳥などの販売などを
行っている会社の工場直売所で2011年12月15日にオープンしました。
テイクアウト専門店で半身揚げやから揚げなどはその場で揚げてくれます。
こちらへはオープン間もない頃に伺って以来です。以前と同じですが
から揚げにしました。以前よりは身の部分が少し多くその時よりも
美味しかったように思えました。皮も大好きなので美味しく戴けましたが
皮はカロリーが高いので悩みますねｗ また機会があれば未食の焼鳥や
半身揚げなどまだまだ色々とあるので購入したいと思います。
