･鶏もも肉ジャン辛揚げ@450
近くでたこ焼きを購入して
出来上がりを待つ間に立ち寄りました。
陽射しの強いなかを無計画に行動して
鶏の半身揚げより大きな
人間の全身焼きになりました。
待ち時間は10分ほど。
手羽先の揚がり具合が
カラッとサクッとしていて
必要以上の脂っこさがなくて
お値段以上すぎる。
豚串は標準的と思われる大きさに
大好きな玉ねぎサンド。
肉の旨みを噛み締めれる厚みと
ちょっと固めで好みです。
ジャン辛揚げはもっと辛いのを
期待していましたが
しょっぱくない甘辛ソースが
しっとり柔らかい揚げ鶏に絡んで
ご飯がすすむ味です。
次は半身揚げを買ってこようかな。
