昨日は、白石区にある毎回満車&行列ができる店”べす”に行きました。実は２回目です。
郊外ということもあり駐車場は裕福にありますが、なかなか停めれません。
店内は、アジアンテイスト風に仕上がっていて雰囲気は少しは味わえます。
BIGハンバーグカレーをチョイス(1080円安い❗️)。基本野菜が６種類と少なめなため、かぼちゃ、れんこん、ブロッコリーをトッピング(各120円)、辛さ＋4.5(無料)、ごはん大盛り(＋50円)を注文しました。
メニューにスープ大盛りはないですが、注文時に”スープ大盛り”と伝えるとOKしてくれる時があります。ダメな時もあるみたいですので、スープをたくさん飲みたい方はダメ元で伝えてみて下さい。
スープは比較的多目の量で、スープ大盛りにすると結構な量になります。器はスープ普通盛りは陶器、スープ大盛りはステンレスになります。
脂が多目の超サラサラしたスープで、最初はガッツとスパイスが効いてきますが、そのあとすーとした優しい味に切り替わります。ベース自体が辛さのあるスープでしたが、かなり飲みやすいスープです。また、ゴマの香りが旨さを引き立てコクもしっかりあります。美味でした。
基本野菜が少なめで食べたい野菜が基本野菜に入っていませんでしたので、トッピングしましたが、なんとブロッコリーは８個、れんこんは３枚、かぼちゃは２枚追加になりました。それに基本野菜とメインの200g？くらいのハンバーグで物凄いボリュームでした。これだけ頼んでも1480円です！コストパフォーマンスが最高！
揚げじゃがいも以外の野菜は野菜のカットが小さめですが、スプーンですくうとスプーンに入る大きさで考えられています。
野菜はきちんと素揚げされておりサックサク感はありませんがスープに馴染んでいます。
ハンバーグはとてもジューシーでスープにも馴染んでいて美味しかったです。
札幌市郊外ですので、車が必須な立地にありますが、一度は足を運ぶ価値は大いにあります。
味、具材、コスト全てにバランスのとれたお店で
文句なしベスト
