北海道産小麦の焼きたてパン工房
地下鉄・南郷13丁目駅からすぐ、緑の三角屋根が目印です。 |
シロクマベーカリー本店は、北海道札幌市の南郷三丁目駅近くにある古民家ベーカリーです。パンを実直に作っているのがガラス越しに店内から見ることができます。
北海道新篠津村で丹精込めて栽培した有機小麦「はるきらり」を江別製粉所で製粉した小麦粉で作った北海道産原料にこだわったパンです。だから味が全く違います。
シロクマベーカリーのアートディレクションは現代美術家のミヤケマイが手がけている。 ブランドロゴやエンブレムの他、店舗の内外装やサイネージなど総合的なディレクションを行っていてブランディングの参考になる。
食べたのはクリームとアイスの味変も美味しいアップルパイのプレート。380円。アップルパイは温かく、パイ生地も美味しいが表面のところどころに糖蜜が固まっていて、こりこりした食感もとても美味しい。見た目もきれい。
店内はジャズがかかり、北海道らしい古民家です。階段のぎしぎし感がよい。2階のイートインは特にミヤケマイの世界。ほんと楽しいお店です。
