北海道産小麦の焼きたてパン工房
地下鉄・南郷13丁目駅からすぐ、緑の三角屋根が目印です。 |
３月の札幌市で、未訪のパン屋さんで、翌日の朝食用に購入訪問。
シロクマベーカリー 本店＠札幌市エリア、です。
■店舗は
南郷13丁目駅のそばです。
近くの南郷7丁目駅には、あの「どんぐり本店」が有り、ワタシも常々「どんぐり派」なので、他のパン屋さんは未訪でした。
外観は素敵な一軒家スタイルで、店内も外観同様の落ち着きが有ります。
16時頃の訪問だったので、流石に品揃えは少なくなっていましたが、見繕って購入です。
★塩トリュフパン＠140円。
売り上げランキング４位の商品が有ったので購入。
（１位のりんごパイも有ったけど、此方に惹かれた）
塩パンのアレンジ系は多々有りますが、このパターンも然り。
とは言え、やはり味わいにアクセントが有り、従来の塩パンの美味しさを彷彿しつつ味わい良好です。
トリュフの風味もイイ感じのアクセントですね♪
★オーガニックカンパーニュ＠430円。
此方のお店のメイン商品と思しき一品。
オーガニック北海道産小麦粉、同砂糖を使用した、シンプルな配合ながら、簡単ではない一品。
外観はキレイな焼成となっており、外観は腰持ち良く、内層はきめが細かく、クラストは薄目で、しっかりとおつくりになられている印象が有ります。
食感は、程よいヒキと歯切れの良さと口どけで、スゴク突出していないけど、毎日食べても飽きが来ず、安心して食べて頂きたい、という想いを感じる仕上がり。
トーストしてサックリするあたりもまた好印象で、食べ方も広がります。
いいパンです。

オーガニックカンパーニュは、毎日食べて飽きが来ないけど、安心して食べられるパン創りを感じました。
今度は、オーガニックカンパーニュと売り上げ人気１位の「りんごパイ」も買ってみようかな。
