通院の帰り道、ちょうど晩飯の時間になったので寄り道です。
エスパーイトウ 白石中央店さんです。
一回、通り越してUターンしたのはナイショで…
この店名、ある超能力？芸人(ボストンバッグに入ったりする)を彷彿させますが、関係あるのかしらん。
駐車場は8台分あります。
先客1名。モノクロな店内でオサレですな。
綺麗なお姉さんがホール担当です。
さて、オーダーです。
チキンベジタブル¥1,630
チキンは3種から1番人気を聞いてパリチキに。
辛さは、無料で1番辛いエスパー10番で。
スープは、オリジナルスープ。
ライスは、白米。(5種の雑穀米もあります)
5分もしない内に提供されます。早っっ！もしや作り置きか？と思うくらい。
スープカレーは黄色がかってます。KINGさんのカレーを彷彿されます。コレは期待大。
具材は、パリチキ(チキン南蛮夢みたい)をメインに野菜達は、南瓜 ズッキーニ パプリカ ピーマン ナス サツマイモ じゃがいも 人参 ブロッコリー ヤングコーン キャベツ 水菜の12種類にゆで卵です。
スープは、鶏、豚、野菜のトリプルスープ。アッサリしてます。辛さは、最初の一、ニ口くらいは辛いですが慣れてきます。こういう辛さは好き。次々と辛くしたくなります。汗は額にじんわりかく程度。
チキンは、その名の通り外パリパリ中柔らか。下味付いてますな。旨い。
野菜達は、もうちょっと柔らかくして欲しいな。スプーンで軽く切れるくらいに。
ライスはスープに合うちょうどいい炊き具合です。

チキンの種類の他にもメニューやスープの種類も豊富なので、再訪ありですな。
