日曜の18時に到着。2名で予約済(Go To Eat)。
先客1組、その後満席に。
栄通19丁目の東北通沿いにある。
この辺は「赤いとうがらし」など焼肉激戦区ですね。
母と二人で訪問。
焼肉屋らしからぬ、ローズウッドと白を基調とした落ち着いた雰囲気の店内。
女性店員2名、席から厨房は見えない。
小さなガスコンロの上にダクト。
飲み放題もあるけど、母があまり飲まないので単品で。生ビール(520円)はアサヒドライプレミアム豊穣。
お通しがなかなか凝っている。出汁巻き玉子、カマボコのワサビ醤油かけ、イクラにホタテとマグロ。どれも美味い！
注文したフードは、

・上ミノ塩(900円)
・大赤字覚悟！和牛サガリ！(1200円)
・和牛上カルビ(1100円)×2
・みそ豚ホルモン(550円)
・漬け込みジンギスカン(550円)
どれも美味い！タンは薄めだけどよい歯応え！サガリ柔らかい！カルビは脂が口の中で溶ける！ジンギスカンは臭みがない！
塩系には梅ダレをちょっと付けると合う！
タンとカルビは母が気に入ったのでおかわり。
かなり満足の美味さでした。どれもクオリティ高い！母も満足していた。
会計は一人5500円程。
