札幌流家系らーめん "ランチタイムご飯無料食べ放題！"
2018年11月に札幌市白石区で2号店としてオープン。 |
休日に訪問。
駐車場はお店の前に5台ほど用意されています。
お店に入るとカウンターとテーブル席が5つほどあります。4人グループまででしたら同席できそう。
注文は自販機でチケット購入制ですが、キャッシュレスは使用できません。
今回は王道と書かれた醤油ラーメン（家系ラーメン）930円を注文。少し家系ラーメンの中では高めです。
待つこと5分から10分ほどで着丼。
ランチタイムの11時から15時まではライスが無料で食べ放題です。カウンターの中央に置いてある炊飯器から自分でよそって好きなだけ持っていくスタイルです。
お米は硬めに炊かれており、柔らかめより硬めが好きな私には嬉しい。
らーめんは、通常の家系ラーメンより少し味が濃いめでコッテリしています。
麺は家系ラーメンの中では細麺で、ストレートです。
トッピングをしなくても味玉が半分ついていますが、今回はライン友達で海苔を3枚増量しています。
家系ラーメンには珍しくメンマが乗っているところもポイントですかね。また、キャベツもやしも入っています。
スープはタイトルにも書きましたが通常より少し濃いです。全部飲み干すと胃もたれしそうな感じではあります。
豚骨より醤油が強く、濃いめの家系ラーメンが食べたい人には良いと思います。
