【ポイント】
●JR白石駅の北側、北郷にあるスープカレー店です。
●スパイシーだけど優しい味わいのスープに、パラッとライスが良く合っていて美味！
●コロナ禍の2020年11月のオープンで宅配もやっているので、忙しそうでしたが、
とても丁寧な応対で感じ良かったです♪
●10個集めると500円引きになるスタンプカードがあります。
【内容】
国民食のカレー、ラーメンは好みにかなり左右されるところが大きいと思っています。
・ニラムッキー(ニラ＋ラムひき肉)、1,250円＋サグSABAスープ、150円
HOT LEVELは5の大辛に、RICEは普通盛200gにしています。
まずスープですが鳥、香味野菜、サバの旨味をベースにスパイシーですが、
サグで優しい味わいとなっており美味！ただスープだけなら物足りなく感じる人もいるかも。
MIXなのでサバ感はそこまで強くなく、辛さも5なら余裕でした(辛党としては)・・・が、
結構発汗してデトックス効果高し！(笑)
ラムひき肉なんで、噛み締める度にラムの濃厚な味わいと、ニラのしっかりした存在感、
そしてベースの旨味が合わさり、とても美味しいです♪
更にライスがこれまたパラッとしたターメリックライスで、スープに最高に合う！
スープ単独での美味しさよりも、ライスとの合わせで完成された印象がとても強いですね♪
トッピングの中では、焦がしブロッコリーがスープに合うのと、
素揚げで皮がパリッと、中はほっくりしたジャガイモが美味しいです！
