2024冬の札幌食べ歩きツアーの12軒目、日曜日のランチ２軒目で訪問。
この日はレンタカーを借りての移動です。
11時50分に到着、お店の隣に小さな駐車スペースがあり、到着したタイミングでちょうどそこが空いたのでラッキーでした。
先客は５名、案内されたレジ近くのカウンター席に座ってメニューを拝見。ほろほろチキンもも肉〈骨なし〉@1,200円をオリジナルスープ、緑のま〜る、辛さ５番、ライス50gでオーダー。
他にたくあんのアチャール、みかんアチャール、鰹のたたきカチュンバルをお願いしました。各100円なり。
待つこと７分でスープカレーとターメリックライスと副菜３種が到着。
緑のま〜るを選んだからなのでしょうか。さわやかな辛さのスープです。辛さはそれなりで熱々です。食べ終わるぐらいのタイミングで気付きましたが、結構な量のホールスパイスが使用されています。
具はうずらの卵、ブロッコリー、ピーマン、ジャガイモ、ナス、ニンジン、オクラ、骨なしチキン。ほろほろなチキンは結構なボリュームあり。
副菜の中では鰹のたたきカチュンバルが爽やかで気に入りました。みかんアチャールはデザートのような感じ。たくあんのアチャールは普通でした。
次回はごろごろ角煮とスパイス大根@1,500円をSABAスープ、赤いか〜るでいただいてみたいと思います。それとサバのカチュンバルも。ごちそうさまでした。
