友人のすすめで、初来店。
迷ってこちらにしたが、ハナウタ(薬膳ラーメン)な気分だった私は、お初にも関わらず1番人気の鶏白湯ではなく、シビカラ鶏白湯を注文。
先にレモンが出てきたり、卓上のお酢にも
エキゾチック酢なるものがある。
これはシビカラは正解ぽいぞ！と期待していたら
それはそれは美しいラーメンが到着。
どれどれスープから。
ん！！んまぁ( *¯ ꒳¯*)
麻辣というか山椒というか花椒というか、とにかく心地よい痺れと辛さがたまらない♡⃛
煮卵も黄身もうみゃ〜！刻みオニオンがスープに合う。平たいちゅるちゅるな麺もこのラーメンには合いますね。ほんと丁寧に作られた1杯なのがよく分かるラーメンでした！
一点だけ私的にはこのスープには、豚よりも鶏チャーシューだったらもっと良いなと思いました！
次はあっさりのラーメン食べてみたいと思います。
