It's been a long time since I've visited a new Soup Curry store. When I went to the "Hokkaido Motorcycle Show" held at Atsubetsu Access Sapporo and visited an apparel store in Higashi-Sapporo on foot, this store at the halfway point was convenient. There are two types of soup, but the one I ordered was the regular soup Crispy Chicken Spicy No. 7, the rice is L size, and the lassi after the meal. The soup made with chicken stock and tonkotsu is a delicious soup with an emphasis on umami that combines spices with a firm broth. The light taste is a taste that you will never get tired of, and it is a taste for everyone. The spiciness of No. 7 is also satisfying, even if you know the original taste well. The vegetables were fried, but the peppers were soggy due to overheating. The chicken is tender, crispy on the surface and delicious. Side note: I do what I do properly rather than smiling customers, and I value the system of the store. In a word, it is a store that will not be confused even if you visit it for the first time. Before I tell you that, there was one thing that bothered me about my visit to this store. That's because the official Instagram hasn't been updated this year, and it seems that it's only open during the day now, but there is no announcement of that. There must be a reason why you suddenly stop doing what you used to do. The structural feature of this restaurant is that everything in the store is a private room. The reason for this is that the kitchen is surrounded by walls and is blindfolded by curtains such as windows and the back of the cash register. Therefore, not only the seats on the second floor, but also the counter seats on the first floor cannot see the situation of the customers unless the staff comes out of the kitchen. Similarly, customers don't know how many staff members there are or what they're doing. When I entered the store, a staff member appeared from the back and guided me to the counter seat on the first floor. Three minutes after I entered, the second customer sat at the counter as well. After about two minutes, a staff member with a water pitcher came to the customer and took his order. Why did you go to the back customer instead of me? After taking the order, the staff tried to go back to the kitchen, so I hurriedly stopped and ordered. I wondered, and when I looked around the counter seats, I noticed a small black plastic box on the seat next to me. There was a bell mark at the top, so I realized that it was an electronic bell, but I didn't notice it at all because it was installed at each counter seat, but it was one for every two seats, and it was not on my seat. Why don't you put it on the table so that even first-time visitors can see it? The staff asked me to use an electronic bell to let me know the timing of the lassi after the meal when the curry was served, so I pressed the button and no one came even after 3 minutes. So I press the button again and I hear the ringer ringing in the kitchen, but after 3 minutes no one comes. I haven't had any customers since then, and I don't know what's going on and how busy they are, but they don't show their faces. So I pressed the button for the third time, but no one came. However, when a customer on the second floor came down to pay the bill, another staff member immediately responded. Oh my God, there you are! So I went to the cashier and asked the staff for a lassi, and they brought it to me right away. I was left with a strong impression of what was going on with this store.
