初訪問。
長らく焼鳥屋さんだったが閉店後いろいろ
なお店がオープンするが長続きしない場所。
11:00〜15:00 17:00〜21:00。
しばらくは月木休み。
駐車場は店横に２台分あります。
鶏白湯スープ。味噌、醤油、塩。
通常は中太縮れ麺。
醤油と塩は中細ストレートに変更出来ます。
しょうゆ900円を中細ストレートで。
チャーシューは低温のロースとバラ肉の2種類。
低温チャーシューは炙られてるので香ばしい。
厚みなく薄い。穂先メンマは柔らかめ。
キャベツが入ってるがいる？
スープにとり皮を使っているので入ってます。
トロミがあり塩分高めですが旨みもしっかりあります。
中細ストレート麺は硬めでパッツンな食感。好み。
みそ、しおも食べてみたいと思います。
