出張戻りのKGと空港で合流してからの夕飯にと立ち寄った中華屋さん。店前に車を停めて、お邪魔しまぁす。暗がりの中にありますので、ナビが無いとちとわかりにくいかも？
店内20時くらいとやや遅めだったせいか、ノーゲスト。後に常連さんとおぼしきファミリーが１組入ったのみ。明るい上品なおばさまにお出迎え頂き、テーブル席へ。窓側の席からだと厨房がオープンになっているので、調理風景がよく見えそうです。
さてさて、事前に食べログさんでメニューは拝見していましたが、予定通りLPは珍しめな高菜入りのあんかけ焼きそばと、LPは、回鍋肉とレタス入りチャーシューチャーハンをオーダー。10分待つか待たずして、順に配膳です。
回鍋肉の色がなんとも食欲そそりますね！甜麺醤とオイスターでしょうか。かなり濃い色見ですが、お味はたまらんです。油多めなのは中華らしいってことで。チャーハンのお味は特段普通ですが、卵とチャーシューの比率が多くて嬉しいですね。そして気になっていた高菜入りあんかけ焼きそば。塩味で野菜の食間が楽しい上に、上手に焼かれた麺があんと素敵なコラボレーションです。高菜の違和感もなく、丁度良い味付けでしたよ。全体的にお値段からしてもう少しボリュームがあると嬉しいかなぁ。
街から離れているのでなかなか訪れない場所ではありますが、お勧めの中華屋さんでした。ご馳走さまです！
