最近はGotoイートの対象店を中心にランチ巡りを楽しんでいるが、前日にふと思いついても中々対応している店が無く、結局は利用出来ずな事が多いのだが、今回は割と柔軟に対応する店があり、尚且つ同行者の好きな辛い系だったので即刻食べログ予約をして伺った。
店内はカウンターにテーブルが3卓…物がゴチャゴチャと置かれていて雑然とした印象だ。夜は居酒屋として営業する同店、昼は数種の担々麺を提供している。
■黒ごま担担麺 から揚げ2個+ライス 辛さ6番
■納豆味噌担担麺 辛さ3番
上記を二人でシェア。最初に述べるが、汁がぬるい…この時点でもう評価対象外だが、解説は述べる。黒ごま担担麺は私には辛過ぎたので解説は不可能。
納豆味噌担担麺は、コク深い味噌味とベースの坦坦の旨味と辛さ、そしてひき肉に、大粒納豆の風味が良く合うのだ。もし熱々ならば丁度良い濃さのように感じたが、ぬるいが故に塩気の角が立って感じたのは残念なところ。から揚げはクリスピーで及第点、しかしご飯は炊きあがりが少し残念。
ワンオペにつきご理解を…と宣言しての営業だが、出来る事をしっかりやった上で、お客に協力を求めて欲しい。私にはその調理や店内環境を含め、どこか中途半端な開き直りを感じてしまった。
