If you're going to pay the fee, you want to eat something delicious, so I'm here today. In conclusion, I'm very satisfied with the variety and volume of the dishes. There is a wide variety of alcoholic drinks. The Ramen salad to start with was delicious. The noodles were thick and chewy. The sashimi was fresh, and the medium fatty tuna had a good amount of fat, which you can see by the color, and the rich flavor spreads. The yosenabe was salty and included scallops, octopus, and pork Seafood. The light soup spreads the flavor of the ingredients, and above all, it warms you up. The shrimp and milt Tempura was large and filling. It was elegantly served with matcha salt. The chicken nanban had a light batter and juicy meat, and it was extremely delicious when combined with the tartar sauce. To finish off, we had quattro pizza with honey. Even though I thought I couldn't finish it, I decided to order more cod roe spaghetti... If you come to Shin-Sapporo, this is a restaurant you should definitely visit.
