金曜の18時に到着。職場の親睦会で、15名程で予約済。
個室に通されたので客入りは不明。
JR新札幌駅からひばりが丘へ向かって信号を渡ったところにある。
カラオケ店などが入っている建物の1Fの右端。
本店は大谷地(未訪)。
高級感ある入口と店内。
個室の壁には小さめのモニターが設置してあり、他店(募集中)のCMが無音で流れている。
テーブルの中央には無煙ロースターが。
今回は『【120分飲み放題付】贅沢5000円コース』。生ビールはアサヒスーパードライ。
フードは、
・キムチ盛り合わせ
白菜、キュウリ、カクテキ。白菜はやや辛め、他はあっさりめ。
・牛ロース・牛サガリ・赤身ロース
赤身ロースが柔らかい！ロースターの火力が強く焦げやすい。
タレはあっさりめでいい感じ、レモンだれもあったけど使わなかった。
・大根サラダ
海苔がかかっているのがよい。ドレッシングは和風、わさび、胡麻が用意されている。
・豚ホルモン・トントロ・せせり
トントロとせせりは好物、美味い！ホルモンはカリカリに焼くべし。
・キムパ
実はキンパは初めて食べる。胡麻油がかかった太巻き、美味いな！
・本日のデザート
ホイップクリームがかかったチョコレートケーキ、甘ったるくなくいい感じ。
納得の美味さでした。
焼肉の宴会コースならこんなものかな？
テーブルごとに食べ終わればすぐに次のメニューが来るので、男性のテーブルだとデザートまでしばらく空く感じに。少し余裕をもって出してくれるといいかな。
ドリンクは注文後すぐに来る。
