ランチ・海老の和風ペペロンチーノ（1400円）
隠れ家は、あまり見つからないでほしいのが本音。
2度目の訪問です。
前回は、ランチメニュートップの
小林牧場チーズとブラックペッパーのペペロンチーノ
をいただき、ばりうまでした。
今日はどれにしようか？
悩まずとも、全制覇すればいいのだ。
ということで、2番目の
海老の和風ペペロンチーノをお願いします。
今日は昼から飲めるので、
というか、だからこちらにお伺いしたのですが、
もちろんドリンクはワインです。白にしましょ。
本日の前菜は、ポテトサラダとサニーレタス。
あったかオニオンスープにあったかパンです。
前回はキャロットラペにトマトコンソメスープでした。
さて。前菜に続いてパスタが到着。
鰹節で覆われております。
プリプリの海老にもっちもちの生パスタ。
和風ソースに唐辛子とオリーブオイルが乳化してとろり。
そこに山形だしをかけていただきます。
山形だしって、きゅうり、なす、みょうが、ですかね。
こちらは若いズッキーニとしょうがを使っている
ように感じたのですが、気のせいかもしれません。
いずれにせよ、新鮮で、個性的で、おいしいです。
お昼はマダムやOLさんなどで賑わっております。
ほっこりさせる照明とジャズの良い雰囲気の下、
カウンターでゆったり1人の食事も素敵です。
退店時、外までお見送りくださいました。恐縮です。
次回は3番目。ゴロゴロ肉のボロネーゼといきましょう。
スルメイカも気になるんだけど。
まぁ、全制覇すればいいのだ。
