住宅街にございます一軒家沖縄そばのお店です。
店舗横駐車場有。
カウンター席、テーブル席ございます店内。
ソーキそばお願いしました。
店内にはリスのお写真が沢山飾られてまして
お店お向かいにあります熊の沢公園で撮られたのですとか。
今時期リスの親子を見ることが出来るのだそうです。
提供まで5分くらいです。
早速スープいただきましたら
お出汁が効いてまして塩加減がとても良く
とっても美味しい！
紅生姜がこちらのスープにもう相性抜群です。
麺は手作り感のある素朴なお味で
コシはなく歯切れが良い。
ソーキとは豚の骨つきあばら肉との事ですが
大きいのが3個くらい。
私の想像していたものとは違い
かなり食べ難くいただくの諦めていた所
女主人が、骨も全部食べるのだ、との事。
結構にリアルな骨でしたのと
軟骨系の食感が苦手な事もありお残ししましたが
好きな方には幸せに思います。
