サッポロクラシック生(¥500)注文。グビッと喉を鳴らす休日の至福。肴は、キビキビとした接客をしてくれる若MEN様が調理してくれた出汁巻き玉子(¥500)。玉子サンドがソールドアウトになっているのはパン切れなのね。じわじわ出汁が染み落ちてくるプリんと食感。大根おろしアリきで美味しぃ素敵な蕎麦前仕上げ。

北竜町産蕎麦粉を本店同様に独自更科挽きして打ち上げた出来映えは万人に優しいツルりとした中太。特段、何かを期待するのではなく、誰にでも安心して味わえる大衆スタンダード。テナントらしさを演出する、丼＋小金網ザルなのも可愛らしく映る。気取らずフラットに。薬味&蕎麦湯も同様。

新さっぽろ駅辺り新設複合施設。実際に訪れてみるとコンパクト規模。施設中央グリーンパークはちびっ子が大勢押し寄せるには手狭に見受ける。当然ではあるが地下直結なので厳冬期には重宝する。
