札幌で一番のラーメン屋・彩未で、旨ラーを頂いたあと、腹ごなしも兼ね、歩いてこちらにやって来ました(^ω^)ゞ 豊平公園駅のすぐ近く、レンガ造りの立派な外観。中に入ると、昔の倉庫をリノベしたような造りです。照明が落としてあり、小さめの窓から入って来る自然光に癒されます。
机と椅子は木製です。2階の窓際の席に付きました。メニューを眺めますと、7種類あるブレンドのうち、デカフェでないのは6種類。焙煎度順に並んでおり、2番目に焙煎殿が深い、次のひとしなをチョイス(^ω^)/
【オリジナルブレンドB､￥580】うさぎと月の柄のカップでサーブ。カップから立ちのぼるアロマは、深煎り特有のアルカロイド系の匂い。コクリ〜(^ω^)♪ 挽き立て・淹れ立ての香り(ﾉ≧∀≦)ﾉ 味は、苦いことは苦いが、丸みもある苦味です。木や草原を思わせるアーシーなフレーバー。しっかりコクがあります。
冷めても酸味は全く感じません。風味の感じから、ブラジルとインドネシアは入っていると思います(違ってたらゴメンナサイ)。
総評: 上質なクラシック珈琲かと。☆3.9。
